Michel, Your package came
in the mail today.Thank you. The effort in The Uhlan was splendid and as
a collector, thank you for publishing the journal. It must have been a great
deal of work - it is very well done!! I look forward to seeing more on the
Internet. Best regards, B..... S......
Michel The Uhlan bulletins
arrived yesterday (18 May). I have only had a chance to glance at them very
quickly when I got home from work last night. The idea of including the
colour sheet is really novel. I shall be spending my weekend studying the
articles, they look very interesting. Personally I don't think people in
the UK have much material available relating to Imperial Germany. Most of
the information I have found tends to revolve around the Kaiser as a war
maker and Germanys attempts to overtake British naval power and threaten
the overseas empire. So these bulletins are going to prove very interesting
to me. Again many thanks. R....
T.... B......
Bonjour Michel Oui! The
Uhlans arrived on the morning I was off on holiday, so I had something decent
to read whilst staying with my mother-in-law on the Y... coast for ten days!!
They are truly excellent, what a pity it was too much work for you to continue
with them. I will continue to check your website and when I get the summer
vacation away from teaching at school, I will write a short article for
you about something musical! Very best wishes T.....
Hallo Michel, I received
the Uhlan package today. Wunderbar! Just marvelous. Can you tell me, are
you still publishing? If so, I would like to contribute my desktop publishing
and web site creating talents to the cause. Let me know if you are interested.
Received your magazines
a couple of days ago. They look really good ! The articles that I find most
interesting are actually the non military stuff.eg Students' societies.I
hope that you will also continue to have these non military articles in
future issues of the Uhlan. Thanks very much. P.L
Michel, to identify myself,
I bought the Uhlan card and the back copies of the Uhlan from you. I want
to tell you that the information that the publication gave me is excellent.
I have read and re-read the articles. They are the best and most informative
that I have ever read. I have collector friends that have also looked at
them and say that with all the books that they have read, they have never
found anything that compares C.D.
